Laguna ROF is a very special Friesian Sporthorse filly, foaled May 18th, 2009.

Laguna ROF's sire is the Elite Book Friesian Sporthorse stallion Lexington. Lexington has been highly successful, proving himself as a dressage horse, with numerous year-end awards, and being featured in an article about Friesian Sporthorses. He is one of the most popular and best known Friesian Sporthorse stallions in the US, and also one of the only Friesian Sporthorse stallions to be fully Approved for Breeding. Laguna ROF's dam is the Main Book Friesian Sporthorse mare Miramar. Miramar is by the imported Friesian stallion Pieter fan Lutke Peinjum, who is the sire of numerous successful Friesian Sporthorses, including the 2006 FSH Horse of the Year. Miramar's dam is a black and white pinto Georgian Grande mare.

Laguna ROF has good conformation, a nice neck set, and strong hindquarters. She is very sensible and friendly, with a puppy dog personality. Her breeding points her towards success as a dressage horse, where her flashy coloring is sure to make her stand out. She'd also be a nice choice for combined driving.

Breeders: Laguna would be a super addition to someone's quality Friesian Sporthorse breeding program, and her coloring is an added bonus. Laguna has NO PAINT OR STOCKHORSE BLOOD, and is registered in the FSA's Main Book, and is fully eligible to be Approved for Breeding. This is a very special filly. True Main Book pinto Friesian Sporthorses are rare, and her proven sport pedigree makes her even more special. She also has no "Samber" blood, leaving breeders with all sorts of quality colored breeding options. She should pay for herself easily via her first foal.

We expect Laguna to mature between 15.3 and 16.0 hands, the heights of her dam and sire.
