We've bought a NEW FARM! "River Oaks Farm" Astor, FL

We've bought a new farm, River Oaks Farm in Astor, Florida.  We hope to be moved in by October, 2005. Some of the horses will remain at Hanover Farm (DeLand, FL), and Gigha will still be doing teaching and training out of that facility, but the primary location will be River Oaks Farm.  More information will be added later, so please check back, or check out the website (under construction.)
Canterbury Summer Sizzler 1
July 9 & 10, 2005

Although the weather was bad at the Summer Sizzler ~ with  Hurricane Dennis off the coast, and rain, wind, tornado warnings, and lots of MUD ~ Gigha & Charleston stuck it out and finished with a 2nd place and a 3rd place, with a 68.4%% and a 63.8% at Training Level. The 63% was low for Charleston, but all things considered, it was still a successful weekend!
USEF (PHR) & USDF (HOY) rankings for 2005:
As of November 1st, Charleston & Gigha are ranked 4th nationally and 2nd  regionally for Training Level with the USEF/PHR (United States Equestrian Federation), and 12th nationally and  3rd regionally for First Level.  Their final standings for USDF HOY is 101st, not bad out of appx. 6000 Training Level competitors for 2005!  (USDF HOY = United States Dressage Federation "Horse of the Year".)  USEF/PHR standings won't be final until December, placings can still change throughout the month of November!

Arredondo Dressage Show
November 2007
All three stallions competed in the recent Arredondo recognized dressage show, and all did quite well!

This was Lexington's first competition, and he did
very well.  He was only entered in one class (Training Level Test 2) which he won with an impressive 73%, making him the ADS Champion for the weekend.

G Walkabout also competed at Training Level, winning both of his classes (Training Level Tests 1 & 4) with scores of 70% and 72%!

Charleston made his debut at Fourth Level, placing 2nd with a score of 60%.  This is even more impressive because Charleston is only 7 years old, which speaks volumes for his temperament and trainability.

We were thrilled with all three of the stallions!
